Company history - A living tradition

ROSSETTI was founded in 1953 as a small artisan workshop within a social context which at that time saw the coming about of a great number of small, family run businesses. For about twenty years the company maintained its original structure even though it was increasing the volume of business and profit. At the beginning of the 1970's the company started the process of market diversification. This tendency (still in use today) has enabled the company to sell its products all over the world. The next most important step in the evolution of the company was of a truly technological nature. Particularly during the 1990's important investments were made in machinery and working plants using the most up to date technology which have enabled the company to maintain, consolidate and improve their position within the market. All this has meant that The ROSSETTI company is now ranked
along with the first five most successful businesses within the
sector.

Right from the start ROSSETTI has always made a point of adopting strategies aimed at reaching an ever increasing level of competitiveness, necessary when facing the difficulties which the market presents today. Other production companies have grown up outside of the company itself making it possible to complete and compliment ROSSETTI's range of products and services. Through this series of working combinations we have be able to guarantee the best possible service to the client. Two other companies make up the ROSSETTI group: ROSSETTI
EAST (Rumania) which produces and sells locks and cylinders, and ROSSETTI
DEUTSCHLAND which distributes our products throughout the vast
German market.
