Fusion and hot moulding

the first stage of production is to shape the handles starting from pigs or bars of brass which are then subject to fusion or hot moulding.

The search for the highest quality of materials and technology in use means that it is now possible to produce fused or moulded articles without porosity or trimmings.

Machine operations

All the operations which modify the structure of the article (i.e. turning, boring, threading) are carried out by machine and determine their technical characteristics.

The required dimensional precision is obtained by use of electronically controlled machines which are operated by highly qualified personnel.

Rough machining and polishing

The direct intervention on each article, using abrasive materials of various thickness, eliminates all the possible infinitesimal incrustations (fusion and moulding residue) giving uniformity to the units surface.

These operations are carried out with the auxiliary assistance of a robotic plant.

Polishing

Polishing is carried out by multiple passing, using special clothes soaked in polish. this phase of production is carried out by robotic plants which guarantee the uniformity of the products and different productive allotments.

Varnishing and galvanic treatment

Varnishing is necessary to protect the handles from external agents and is carried out by the applying transparent resin. this is achieved by the process of electro-forging which guarantees the uniformity of applied microns and polished effect over the entire surface of the handle.

The galvanic treatments ( shiny chrome plating, satin chrome plating, varnished satin chrome plating, satin nickel plating) are carried out by the company itself. ROSSETTI is equipped with totally robotized plants which carry out this operation.

Assembly

It is the combination of various articles (grips, plates, collars), that allow for the forming of specific and multiple combinations as required by the specified needs of the market.

This last phase, obtained using and automatized assembling and packaging line, guarantees the last and final control of the product ready for delivery.

Packaging

The packing of our products serves a dual purpose. Firstly to protect the products whilst being transported and secondly to present the client with an eye catching article.
