Varnishing is necessary to protect the handles from external agents and is carried out by the applying transparent resin. This is achieved by the process of electro-forging which guarantees the uniformity of applied microns and polished effect over the entire surface of the handle. The galvanic treatments ( shiny chrome plating, satin chrome plating, varnished satin chrome plating, satin nickel plating) are carried out by the company itself. ROSSETTI is equipped with totally robotized plants which carry out this operation.
